League Fees
This year along with the usual discount on green fees for league members we will offer a 10% discount for golf carts. It is not mandatory. This option is not available to the few leagues that do not pre pay. The following policy applies to all pre paid league fees:
All fees must be prepaid no later than 1st night of league by league treasurer.
All fees are for official league play only.
All fees transfers to the player substituting for you.
All fees are non-refundable.
Rainouts, Course Closed …?
When the course is closed due to rainouts, maintenance or availability … leagues will rotate to the next nine and pick up the missed night at the end of the season. We will also do our best to make sure the leagues get to play each nine equally. In rare instances some of leagues members may make arrangements with the league secretary and Pro Shop to play a makeup. ILHGC will make no guarantees on tee time availability, which is why it is a rare occurrence. If the course is closed for any reason or rain is forecasted and will inevitably make the course unplayable every attempt will be made to make the call in reasonable time to inform the leagues.
Dress Code …?
Shoes with no metal spikes. No muscle shirts or tank tops.
Alcohol …?
The State law (R436.1033), Rule 33 prohibits patrons from bringing beer, wine or spirits onto property owned by a retail licensee (ILHGC). This includes drinking your beer in the parking lot and bringing your beer on the course. Only coolers provided by Indian Lake Hills with our alcohol products will be permitted on the course - ID deposit required. We provide coolers with ice and a discount price on a 6 packs of beer.
Pre-match play and post season play …?
League members are welcome to play 9 or 18 holes prior to their league tee off. Fees are adjusted to reflect your league discount and our current rates.
When league matches are officially over, league members may play at a reduced rate on their usual league day.
Clubhouse, restaurant and bar … ?
After golf , players can relax in the clubhouse dining room in the air condition or in the outside pavilion. Sandwiches, munchies and beverages are available until 10pm. We can help you arrange a self-serve or full-service menu for a league event, be it a fun night, mid-season position night, end of season awards or the dreaded "surprise" birthday. etc. and we�™ll have it ready when you get in off the course. For a fee we can set up and clean up the downstairs bar or outside pavilion, if you want to pot luck it. We can also combine a pot luck with one of our entrees. Go to this link to look up prices …
P.S. Smoking is prohibited in the clubhouse … ok outside and on pavilion.
